• Wow, it has been a long time since I wrote a new post. A really long time. A really, really long time. But enough of that. Yes, my last post was written on 10th September, but that literally feels like last week to me. The last six weeks have flown by. And why? Because I’ve just started university. Exciting times indeed.

I do have a couple of things that I can write about though. First up, if you haven’t checked out the new springfield connection halloween design, then you should before it comes down at the end of the month. Then you’ll have a month of the proper design, followed by, if all goes to plan, a sexy Christmas theme. You know you love it! I’m also building up a little bit of content to add at the start of next month, including a new Drain design that integrates Twitter, and about time too really. It’s come together much better than I was expecting it to, so that’ll be good. I’m also finally implementing some updates archives into the homepage, in a really cool way that you definitely didn’t see coming. I’m also working on updating a few of the pages too, so it’ll be feeling a bit fresher.

I’m also working on a side-project, that I’m calling Bite. It’s being hosted over on springfield-connection.com, but it has nothing to do with the Simpsons, at all. Since nobody even reads here anymore, I might aswell reveal that the concept is similar to Springfield Defined – but it’s less community based, and much more powerful because it will be running on WordPress. But that’s all I can reveal. Oh, and it has a kick ass design to boot. I’m having to have that released on January 1st, 2010 – because I’m making it as automated as I possibly can. So yeah, definitely look forward to that! It is not in any way a replacement for Thinktank, though, so you, the non-existent reader, can breath easy.

Do I have anything else to say? Not really. The Derren Brown lottery prediction that I mentioned all that time ago ended up being absolute crap – he clearly did a split-screen for the actual lottery prediction, but then fed us a load of lies about how he did it. I found the explanation programme interesting, but I just felt a bit cheated. I didn’t really watch the other three Events, although I did see the roulette wheel where he lost a viewer £5000. Clearly another illusion, I guess.

    See you around.
